Shipping in Spring/Summer melting may occur. Because we do not use "Emulsifiers", We keep our body butters "NATURAL".
SPRING/SUMMER MONTHS: We highly recommend ordering our whipped products to be delivered to an address where items will not sit in the heat for long periods of time. Melting usually does not happen during “Transit” it happens when the package has been “Delivered” and sitting outside too long. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during delivery. We do ship butters in a Cool Shield Bubble Metallic Mailers but it is no guarantee products will not melt. After placing an order, please make sure to check your tracking often and delivery status. We advise removal from mailboxes, front porches and etc; upon delivery. Melting does not affect the quality of the ingredients, however it will no longer be "whipped" after it solidifies it will be more of a "balm" texture.Please keep products out of direct sunlight and heat. Store products in a cool/dark place.
